LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ – On Friday, January 28, 2022, Officer Emmett responded to Biagio’s Restaurant, 509 Route 9 N, Lanoka Harbor, for a report of heavy smoke emanating from the rear of the building.  Upon arrival, officers observed wooden pallets burning behind the building.  Lanoka Harbor Fire Department responded to the scene and extinguished the flames.  It was later determined that Randy Rizzolo, 28, of South Main Street, Forked River, was responsible for the fire.
