Pocketbook thief lurking Wall Township businesses, police warn

by Charlie Dwyer

WALL TOWNSHIP, NJ – The Wall Township Police Department has responded to two separate theft incidents in the last week from local businesses where customers’ pocketbooks were removed from their shopping carts while their attention was drawn away to select their purchases. We ask that the public be mindful of their personal effects when shopping and to keep them close to their possession to prevent any of their property from being stolen. The current incidents are under investigation and anyone with additional information is asked to contact the Wall Township Police Department detective bureau at 732-449-4800.
