One dead in Philadelphia shooting, now police are searching for this car

Philadelphia, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department is searching for an alleged murder suspect last seen driving a 2012 to 2016 BMW X5 SUV, grey in color with tinted windows, a roof rack and a panoramic sunroof. The vehicle appeared to be displaying a paper license plate and was occupied by at least two individuals.

“The Philadelphia Police Department Homicide Unit is looking to identify / locate the vehicle, depicted in the following surveillance video excerpts, as part of an ongoing investigation into a Homicide by shooting, that occurred on Tuesday, March 8th, 2022, at approximately 8:44 AM in the 6400 block of Loretto Street,” the department said in a statement. “After the shooting incident the vehicle turns right onto Levick Street and is last seen travelling north on Frontenac Street towards Hellerman Street.”
