Woman Pistol Whipped and Robbed on New York City Subway Train

NEW YORK, NY – A 44-year-old woman was pistol-whipped and robbed on a New York City subway train on April 19th at around 8:25 pm. On Thursday, the New York City Police Department released security camera footage of the suspect. Police said the unknown suspect approached the woman while she was riding the northbound 5 train heading into the Sterling Street Station in Brooklyn at the time of the assault.

Police said the man hit her in the face with the gun them robbed her.
