NEW CASTLE, DE- Delaware State Police have responded to a serious car crash that took place Monday night on eastbound Route 273 in the area of Prangs Lane.
“As a result of the crash, all lanes of Route 273 are closed in both directions and will be closed for emergency response vehicles at the scene,” according to police. “Motorists are advised to avoid the area and seek alternate routes of travel”
There is no estimated time that Route 273 will re-open. The investigation is in the early stages, with further details being released as they become available.
