MIDDLETOWN, PENNSYLVANIA – One very lucky Powerball ticket won $50,000 playing Powerball for the July 25th drawing. The Power Play multiplier drawn was two multiplying the prize to $100K. The lucky winner will collect $100,000, minus applicable withholding.

The winning numbers were 25-37-38-39-65, and the red Powerball was 5.

Sheetz on West Main Street in New Holland sold the winning ticket. They will earn a $500 bonus.

According to lottery officials, “Winners are not known until prizes are claimed and tickets are validated. Pennsylvania Lottery Powerball® winners have one year from the drawing date to claim prizes. Winning tickets purchased at a Lottery retailer should immediately be signed on the back. Online winnings automatically appear in a player’s account after the claim has been processed”.
