D.C. Victim Robbed At Gunpoint, Then Shot

WASHINGTON, D.C. – A victim was robbed at gunpoint, and after he did not comply the gunman shot him. This incident happened on Thursday night on the 1500 Block of Good Hope Road in Southeast, D.C.

Police say, “At approximately 9:02 pm, the suspect approached the victim at the listed location. The suspect brandished a handgun and demanded the victim’s property. The victim did not comply. The suspect shot the victim and fled the scene on a bicycle. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.”
