PLATTSBURGH, NY – A $100,000 Power Play ticket purchased in New York won the third prize in yesterday’s Powerball drawing. There were four matching numbers on the winning ticket, plus the Powerball.
The prize-winning ticket was purchased at the Maplefields store on Route 3 in Plattsburgh.
In the Powerball drawing on February 13, the winning numbers were 17-26-37-61-65, and the Powerball was 2. In Monday’s drawing, the Power Play multiplier is 2, so the third-place prize – minus the jackpot – is $100,000. Each Power Play game costs $1 extra.
