Yonkers public school worker charged for exposing himself to woman

YONKERS, NY – A Yonkers public schools worker was fired from his job and charged for exposing himself to a woman inside a Yonkers Police Athletic League trailer last month.

β€œThe Yonkers Public Schools administration notified members of the Yonkers Police Department of a complaint of inappropriate conduct involving an employee of the Yonkers Public Schools system. The Yonkers Police Intelligence Unit initiated a criminal investigation,” the Yonkers Police Department reported this morning.

According to the police investigation, 57-year-old Rafael Pena is accused of exposing his intimate parts in a lewd manner toa 58-year-old woman. The incident happened on February 28th,

The incident occurred in a rented private office located in the Yonkers PAL at 127 North Broadway. No other people were present in the office nor was the incident visible outside the office police report.

Pena was arrested Wednesday morning and charged accordingly.
