WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Washington, D.C. Metro Police Department is asking for assistance finding two suspects involved in an assault and attempted robbery in Northwest, D.C., late Friday morning.
Shortly after 11:30 am, the suspect approached the victim at the 5900 block of Georgia Avenue. The victim was assaulted by the suspect, who took property from the victim and left the scene.
The suspects were caught on surveillance cameras. If you recognize either of these individuals or have any information about this incident, please take no action but call the police at (202) 727-9099 or text your tip to the Department’s TEXT TIP LINE at 50411.
