EAST PETERSBURG, PA – Northern Lancaster County Regional Police were dispatched to the area of Graystone Rd / Hollow Dr on Thursday. Upon their arrival, officers came into contact with Gavin Michael Harnisch, 20, also of East Petersburg.
The subsequent investigation revealed that Harnisch had been involved in a domestic altercation with his lover, who had visible injuries allegedly inflicted by Harnisch. As a result, Harnisch was arrested and transported to NLCRPD for processing, followed by transport to Lancaster County Prison for central arraignment.
Gavin Michael Harnisch now faces charges for violation of Title 18, Section 2709 A1 of the PA Crimes Code (simple assault). Charges have been filed in front of MDJ Chudzik. Harnisch is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, and the authorities continue to investigate the incident.
