by Pamela Rosenthal

PALMYRA, PA – Courtny Raelene Lawson, a resident of Lebanon, was arrested on Saturday, during a traffic stop initiated by Palmyra Police in the 700 block of East Main Street. Lawson was identified as the driver and sole occupant of the vehicle.

She was found to have an active bench warrant issued by the Lebanon County Sheriff’s Department for failure to appear, with the original charge being simple assault.

Lawson was taken into custody on the warrant and transported to Lebanon County Central Booking to face her charges.

The authorities remind the public that a warrant is serious, and individuals with outstanding warrants should promptly address them to avoid further legal complications.
