Woman Stabbed At D.C. Metro Station

WASHINGTON, D.C. – A woman was stabbed this morning at the Columbia Heights Metro Station in Northwest, D.C. The Washington D.C. Metro Police Department is investigating the stabbing.

At about 10 am this morning, officers arrived at the Metro Station at Columbia Heights at the 3030 Block of 14th Street to investigate a reported stabbing. Police found a female victim. The victim was breathing and conscious when the police arrived.

The stabbing reportedly happened on the platform of the Metro Station. Police describe the suspect as a heavy-set black male. He was wearing glasses. The suspect was last seen leaving the subway at Columbia Heights.
