BRONX, NY – Police are asking the public to assist in identifying a male suspect wanted for a snatch and grab robbery in New York City.
On Saturday, at approximately 1:10 pm, a 19-year-old female was walking near Third Avenue and East 152nd Street when an unknown male on a bicycle approached her and stole her headphones. The suspect then fled the scene northbound on Third Avenue on a white bicycle.
The individual is described as a male with a thin build, last seen wearing a black baseball hat, black sweatshirt, and dark-colored shorts. No injuries were reported as a result of the incident. The NYPD is asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect and is urging anyone with information to contact the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline.
