D.C. Armed Robbery Suspect Captured On Surveillance Camera

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Detectives from the Washington, D.C. Metro Police Department are asking for help finding a suspect and a vehicle in connection with an Armed Robbery that occurred on Saturday afternoon at the 1100 block of Vermont Avenue in Northwest, D.C.

Just before 2:30 pm, the suspect made their way into an establishment at the listed location, displaying a firearm, and demanded money from the cash register. The suspect took the money and fled the scene in a vehicle.

A nearby surveillance camera captured the suspects and vehicle. This case remains under investigation. If you have any information about this case, please take no action but call the police at 202-727-9099 or TEXT TIP LINE by sending a text message to 50411.
