WEST CHESTER, PA – On Thursday, West Chester resident Lucino Ochoa-Mena was arrested for multiple sexual assault charges. The West Chester Police Department took a report from a child victim in March 2023, stating that she had been sexually assaulted.
The victim reported that Ochoa-Mena had touched her all over her body and made her perform sexual acts starting when she was between 5 and 7 years old, continuing until she was 14 years old. The sexual assault occurred in her home and other locations in the Borough of West Chester.
Ochoa-Mena was charged with 33 counts of sexual assault and transported to Chester County Prison for arraignment.
