EASTON, PA – The Forks Township Police Department arrested Sergio Vinals Jr. on Thursday. Vinals was arrested following an incident that occurred in the early morning hours in Forks Township. The arrest warrant, issued on the same day by Magistrate 03-2-09, charged Vinals with terroristic threats and simple assault. Additional details surrounding the incident have not been provided.
