Four Injured in Separate Pittsburgh Shootings, Investigations Underway

PITTSBURGH, PA – Four people were injured in a series of separate shootings across Pittsburgh from Sunday afternoon through early Monday morning, according to the Pittsburgh Police Department.

The first incident took place in Larimer, where a 16-year-old was shot in the calf around 3 p.m. Sunday. Two additional juveniles were shot near Nolan Court in Homewood North at approximately 12:30 a.m. on Monday. Shortly after, around 2:10 a.m., a woman was grazed in the face in the Hill District during an altercation between two men who began shooting at each other.

The three juveniles were transported to UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, while the woman was taken to a separate hospital. All four victims are reported to be in stable condition. The Pittsburgh Police Department is currently investigating the series of shootings.
