Man shot in Baltimore early Monday morning

BALTIMORE, MD – An investigation has been initiated by the Southern District patrol officers into a shooting incident. Early morning on Monday, at approximately 2:24 a.m., officers responded to reports of a shooting on the 2200 block of Annapolis Road.

A 28-year-old male was found with a gunshot wound to the leg. The victim was immediately transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.

However, the exact location of the shooting remains undetermined. Southern District detectives are appealing for anyone with information to contact them at 410-396-2499 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7LOCKUP.
