Seven Arrests Made in Suffolk County DWI Enforcement Operation

SUFFOLK COUNTY, NY – Suffolk County Police, aided by the Suffolk County Sheriff’s Office, apprehended seven individuals on Saturday night during a targeted enforcement operation in Patchogue.

The operation focused on drivers operating vehicles under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

The charges include five counts of Driving While Intoxicated, one count of Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Passenger 15 Years Old or Younger (Leandra’s Law), and one count of Operating a Motor Vehicle Impaired by Drugs.

Police did not release the names of those cited.
