NEW YORK CITY, NY – The New York City Police Department requests public aid in identifying individuals connected to a robbery incident that occurred within the confines of the 115 Precinct.
The event unfolded on Thursday, May 25, 2023, at approximately 5:55 pm, when two unknown individuals on a moped approached an 18-year-old female near 24-18 79 Street.
One of the individuals attempted to snatch the victim’s purse, and upon failing, threw the victim into a parked car and forcefully took her purse.
The suspects then fled northbound on 79 Street. The victim received minor injuries and sought treatment at a local hospital.
