NEW YORK, NY – An off-duty employee of the New York City Fire Department was arrested and charged for leaving the scene of an accident involving a juvenile in Harlem.

Police identified the individual as Matos Cerda, 33.

Cerda was charged with Leaving the Scene of an Accident with an Injury and Acting in a Manner Injurious to a Child Less Than 17.
