Lancaster Police Seek Fugitive Suspect in Deadly Shooting

LANCASTER, PA – On Saturday, June 17, the Lancaster City Bureau of Police responded to a shooting incident on the 600 block of N Plum Street. The incident, which occurred just before 3:00 AM, left one 27-year-old female dead and two other adults injured.

The investigation led to the identification of the suspect, Timothy Allen, a 20-year-old Lancaster resident. Allen was charged with one count of Criminal Homicide, one count of Criminal Attempt Criminal Homicide, one count of Aggravated Assault, one count of Carrying a Firearm without a License, and ten counts of Recklessly Endangering Another Person. An arrest warrant has been issued for Allen.

The Lancaster City Bureau of Police is asking anyone with information on Allen’s whereabouts to contact them or call 911 in an emergency situation. Anonymous tips can also be submitted via Lancaster City/County Crime Stoppers.
