GREENSBURG, PA – Frank Springer, a 56-year-old resident of Bolivar, has been found guilty of attempted homicide, attempted kidnapping, unlawful restraint, two counts of aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, simple assault, and terroristic threats.

The verdict came on Wednesday, following a four-hour jury deliberation.
