Six Arrested for Pack Robberies, Carjackings

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD – Six individuals, two adults and four juveniles from Washington, D.C., have been recently arrested in connection with a series of retail thefts. These thefts took place between April 28 to June 15, at eleven Montgomery County stores. The suspects are also linked to similar thefts in D.C. and Anne Arundel County, utilizing stolen or carjacked vehicles during the incidents.

Shaquille Pittman, a 28-year-old, is currently held without bond, being accused of thefts at Target, Ulta, Sephora, and The Nike Store. Regina Christmas, Pittman’s sister, is the second adult involved, allegedly participating in the same thefts as well as an additional theft at a Sephora location.

The juvenile suspects, ranging from 13 to 17 years old, were arrested on different dates, and one of them is also tied to multiple armed robberies and carjackings.

The Major Crimes and Robbery detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police have received several tips following the distribution of a news release which led to the identification of some suspects.
