by Adam Devine

BRONX, NY – A Bronx father, Damion Comager, 23, has been recently indicted for the murder of his three-month-old daughter, Genevieve Comager. Both parents, Damion Comager and Ivana Paolozzi, 20, have been indicted for allegedly disposing of their daughter’s body in an area near Yankee Stadium.

Between May 10 and May 16 of this year, the parents reportedly resided in a homeless shelter at 1041 University Avenue with their infant daughter. During this period, Comager is alleged to have shaken the baby, causing her death. The couple is accused of then placing the infant in a plastic bag and leaving her in a wooded area near 161st Street and the Major Deegan Expressway.

Both parents will return to court on September 12. The New York City Police Department encourages anyone with additional information to come forward.
