61-Year-Old Peppersprayed, Robbed on Manhattan Bound Train

NEW YORK CITY, NY – An assault occurred on Wednesday, at about 10:50 am on a Manhattan-bound “A” train nearing the Rockaway Boulevard subway station.

A 61-year-old male victim reported that an unidentified individual discharged pepper spray into his face before fleeing on foot at the Rockaway Boulevard subway station.

Despite his discomfort, the victim declined medical attention.

The New York City Police Department is currently seeking information on the assailant.

Further details on the individual’s identity and current whereabouts are yet to be released.
