BALTIMORE, MD – A man in Baltimore is lucky today after being shot at multiple times and only being struck in the hand.
At around 2:05 a.m., police officers responded to a report of shots fired in the 3100 block of Chesterfield Avenue in Baltimore.
Upon arrival, they discovered a 37-year-old male with a gunshot wound to his hand. The victim’s injuries were determined to be non-life-threatening, and he was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
After conducting a preliminary investigation, it was revealed that the incident occurred in the 3800 block of Kavon Avenue.
Eastern District Shooting detectives have taken charge of the investigation and are currently handling the case. Authorities are encouraging anyone with information about the incident to come forward and assist in the investigation.
