Suspect Arrested on Stalking Warrant in Parking Lot Incident

YARDLEY, PA – On Friday, at 1:41 AM, a YBPD officer on patrol detected a vehicle with a suspended registration.

The vehicle was spotted near N. Main St. & W. Afton Av.

The subsequent check of the driver revealed an outstanding warrant from New Jersey for stalking, violating a court order.

The 43-year-old male suspect, a resident of Fairless Hills, PA, was arrested and has been taken to Bucks County Jail.

An extradition hearing is forthcoming.
