Police Release Video of Suspect in Murder of Woman on Maryland Trail

BEL AIR, MD – The Harford County Sheriff’s Office is seeking help to identify a suspect tied to the death of Rachel Hannah Morin on the Ma & Pa trail in Bel Air on August 5. The individual is described as 5’ 09’’ tall, 160 pounds, 20-30 years old, with dark hair and a muscular build.

He is believed to be of Hispanic descent.

The photo provided is not current (within the last six months), and the subject’s hairstyle may have changed. This individual may have ties to Los Angeles and could have been involved in crimes in other states.
