NYPD Seeks Assistance in Locating Missing 16-Year-Old from the Bronx

Bronx, NY – The New York City Police Department is urgently seeking the public’s help in locating a missing person, 16-year-old Melissa Chandradat, who resides on Powell Avenue in the Bronx.

Melissa was last seen on Friday, August 18, at approximately 9:00 a.m. inside her residence.

She is described as an Asian female with brown eyes, long black hair, 5’6″ in height, and weighing approximately 110 lbs. Her last known attire consists of a black jacket, black pants, and black shoes.

The NYPD is urging anyone with information regarding Melissa’s whereabouts to call the Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or, for Spanish speakers, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
