Man Shot in Bed-Stuy, Taken to Local Hospital

BROOKLYN, NY – A 36-year-old man was shot in the Bed-Stuy neighborhood on Wednesday.

According to the New York City Police Department, the incident occurred around 1:30 a.m. at the intersection of Macdonough Street and Marcus Garvey Boulevard.

The man was shot once in his right leg.

The injured man was transported to a nearby hospital where he is reported to be in stable condition. As of the time of this report, no arrests have been made in connection to the shooting.

The New York City Police Department is investigating the incident. Anyone with information is asked to contact the NYPD directly.
