Bronx, NY — The family of Fausto Garcia, who was killed in a shooting incident on the Cross Bronx Expressway on August 25, has launched a GoFundMe campaign. The funds raised will cover funeral expenses and provide financial aid for his four surviving children.
Garcia was involved in a vehicular accident before he was fatally shot. According to reports, the suspects initially fled the scene but returned to shoot Garcia, leading to his death.
His sister, Cruz Bautista, announced the fundraiser, stating that the support will help alleviate funeral costs and other related expenses. The campaign aims to assist Garcia’s children, some of whom are minors.
The family urges the public to contribute to their cause, highlighting the impact of rising crime rates in New York City.
