NEW YORK CITY, NY – On Saturday, at around 5:30 p.m., an unknown individual attacked a 50-year-old man at the northbound platform of the 28 Street MTA ‘6’ train station.
The attacker sprayed the victim in the face with an unknown substance and stabbed him several times in the face and head before fleeing.
The victim was transported by EMS to NYC Health and Hospitals/Bellevue for treatment. He received stitches for his injuries.
The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the attacker.
