BUFFALO, NY – The Buffalo Police Department is probing a shooting that occurred on Sunday just before 1:30 a.m. on the first block of Navel Avenue.
A 29-year-old Buffalo man was shot during what appears to have been a party or gathering.
He was taken to ECMC with injuries believed to be non-life-threatening.
The circumstances surrounding the shooting remain under investigation.
