WYOMISSING, PA – On September 22, Spring Township Police responded to a call from the 1600 block of Colony Drive regarding an unconscious man.
Upon arrival, officers managed to revive the individual, who initially gave false identification.
When officers ascertained his true identity and sought to apprehend him for outstanding warrants, a physical altercation ensued.
The man, identified as Frans ESTIMA, was subsequently arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault, specifically for attempting or causing bodily harm to an officer.
The incident occurred at the aforementioned location in Wyomissing, with the arrest finalized on Saturday.
