Gunshot Victim Dies in Harlem

NEW YORK, NY – A 33-year-old man was fatally shot late Sunday night at the intersection of West 185th Street and St Nicholas Avenue, according to authorities.

Police responded to a 911 call at approximately 11:42 PM, reporting a male shot in the area. Upon arrival, officers found the man suffering from a gunshot wound to the torso. He was quickly transported to NYC Health and Hospitals/Harlem, where he was pronounced deceased.

As of now, no arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing. Authorities are withholding the identity of the deceased pending notification of the family.
