North Brunswick Imposes Curfew for Mischief Night and Halloween

NORTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — The North Brunswick Mayor and Council has set a curfew for Mischief Night on October 30th and Halloween on October 31st. The curfew, effective at 8 p.m. on both nights, applies to all children under 18.

The resolution for the curfew was adopted on September 18th, 2023, and mandates that children should not be on the streets or in public areas of North Brunswick Township after the 8 p.m. curfew time.

The North Brunswick Police Department will enforce this curfew as part of their public safety measures. Residents are advised to adhere to the curfew to ensure community safety.
