Suspect on the Loose After D.C. Armed Robbery

WASHINGTON, D.C. — An armed robbery occurred yesterday at approximately 10:00 a.m. at the 2600 block of Naylor Road, Southeast. D.C. Police are actively searching for the suspect.

Police describe the individual as a Black male in his 20’s, tall and skinny. He was last seen wearing a black ski mask and operating a black Toyota Camry with dealer tags. The suspect is believed to be armed with a handgun that has a brown handle.

Anyone with information is urged to contact the police. The public is advised to exercise caution and report any sightings of the suspect or the vehicle. Authorities at (202) 727-9099. Tips can also be sent via text to the Department’s TEXT TIP LINE at 50411.
