Man Found Stabbed to Death in Sara D. Roosevelt Park, Another Injured

NEW YORK, NY – Police responded to a stabbing incident in Sara D. Roosevelt Park on Thursday, leading to one fatality and one injury. The incident occurred around 8:32 PM near Broome Street and Delancey Street, in the 5th Precinct area.

Officers found two male victims at the scene: one unidentified individual with a chest wound, and a 24-year-old with a torso injury. Both were transported to NYC Health & Hospitals/Bellevue. The 24-year-old is in stable condition, but the unidentified individual was pronounced dead upon arrival.

As of now, there have been no arrests. The investigation is ongoing. The identity of the deceased is withheld pending family notification.
