Pedestrian Hospitalized in Teaneck Hit and Run

TEANECK, NJ – The Teaneck Police Department is investigating a hit-and-run incident that occurred on Wednesday, around 8:30 PM.

A 45-year-old male from Oradell, while riding his bicycle on East Forest Avenue, was struck by a motor vehicle, which then fled the scene.

The victim was transported to Hackensack University Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.

Witnesses described the fleeing vehicle as a lime green sports car, last seen heading westbound on East Forest Avenue. Officers Glenn Coley and Aundra Ellington located a vehicle matching the description with consistent damage, which was subsequently impounded.
