Man Arrested for Firearm Threat in Boston

BOSTON, MA – Early on Friday, Luis Luho, a 48-year-old Boston resident, was arrested on multiple firearm-related charges.

The arrest by officers from District E-13 (Jamaica Plain) and B-3 (Mattapan) followed a reported threat involving a firearm on Williams Street.

Responding to the scene at 155 Williams Street, officers were informed of Luho threatening a victim with a gun. Subsequently, at approximately 5:03 AM, Luho’s vehicle was located near Blue Hill Avenue and Talbot Avenue. After a brief investigation, officers retrieved a firearm from Luho’s vehicle.

Luho has been charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, unlawful possession of a firearm, and unlawful possession of ammunition. His arraignment is expected to take place at West Roxbury District Court.

An accompanying individual was released at the scene without charges.
