Waldwick Man Arrested for Aggravated Assault on Child

WALDWICK, NJ – The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office and the Waldwick Police Department have arrested Ryan Malillo, a 37-year-old mover from Waldwick, NJ, on charges of aggravated sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

The arrest, made on Thursday, in Paramus, NJ, followed an investigation led by Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella and Waldwick Police Chief Mark Messner.

Malillo is accused of sexually assaulting a juvenile between the ages of 13 and 16 in Waldwick. He faces two counts of first-degree aggravated sexual assault and one count of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child.

Malillo is currently held at the Bergen County Jail, awaiting his first court appearance in Hackensack, NJ.
