Quakertown Rapist Arrested, Police Fear More Victims Exist

by Adam Devine

QUAKERTOWN, PA – The Bucks County District Attorney’s Office has announced charges against Miguel Angel Sanchez, 32, of Sellersville, for raping a 15-year-old girl in Quakertown.

Arrested in November, Sanchez faces charges including rape, statutory sexual assault, and trafficking in individuals.

Sanchez, also facing similar charges in Montgomery County, was denied bail due to flight risk and community safety concerns.

He awaits formal arraignment on December 15. The Quakertown Borough Police Department, believing there may be additional victims, asks them to come forward with information.

Sanchez was identified through surveillance and victim testimony. The incident allegedly occurred in a parking lot and involved communication through Snapchat. The investigation is ongoing, led by Detective Ryan Naugle.
