Suffolk County Man Arrested for Repeated Abuse of His Own 11-Year-Old Daughter

SUFFOLK COUNTY, NY – Suffolk County District Attorney Raymond A. Tierney has announced the guilty plea of a 42-year-old Huntington Station man for repeated sexual abuse of his daughter over three years.

The abuse began in September 2018, when the victim was 11 years old, and continued until August 2022. The victim’s mother, suspecting inappropriate behavior, recorded the defendant abusing their daughter.

She immediately reported the incident to the Suffolk County Police Department, leading to the man’s arrest.

On Wednesday, the defendant pled guilty to Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child in the First Degree before County Court Judge Karen M. Wilutis.

He is represented by Christopher Brocato, Esq., and faces a sentence of 18 years in prison, followed by 18 years of post-release supervision. The sentencing is scheduled for January 26, 2024.
