Triple Shooting in Philadelphia Leaves One Dead, Two Injured

PHILADELPHIA, PA – A triple shooting in Frankford resulted in the death of 19-year-old Isiah Pagan and left two others injured on Wednesday evening.

The Philadelphia Police Department reported that the incident occurred just after 6 p.m. on the 5200 block of Oxford Avenue.

Chief Inspector Scott Small indicated that the gunman fired shots inside a mini-mart and then targeted a car at an adjacent gas station. Pagan, who was inside the mini-mart, suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was declared unresponsive at the scene. He later died at a nearby hospital.

Another male victim was found a block away with a leg injury and is in stable condition. A woman in her late 20s, injured while pumping gas, drove herself to the hospital with a minor foot wound.

The incident occurred on the same night as a separate quadruple shooting in Southwest Philadelphia. Investigations continue, with police planning to interview surviving victims and mini-mart employees.
