Teen Worker Robbed at Gunpoint by Mob in NYC

NEW YORK CITY, NY – The New York City Police Department is conducting an investigation into a robbery that took place at a commercial establishment located at 511 Franklin Avenue.

The incident occurred on Monday, January 22, at around 7:40 pm.

According to the report, an 18-year-old male employee was confronted by a group of unidentified individuals who entered the store and stole merchandise valued at approximately $8,000.

During the robbery, one of the suspects simulated having a firearm under his jacket. The group then left the scene on foot, heading north on Franklin Avenue. The employee was not physically harmed in the incident.

The New York City Police Department has released media depicting the suspects and is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying them. Anyone with information is asked to contact the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline.
