The 41-year-old star shared the alarming experience with his followers on Saturday, revealing how quick action was crucial in helping his 2-year-old son, Romeo Reign.

The video, which Sorrentino posted on Instagram, shows the family gathered around the dinner table when Romeo suddenly begins to choke on his meal. Amid the confusion, with one voice questioning if the food was too hot, Sorrentino swiftly intervened to assist his son.
