Wellsville Man Arrested for Criminal Contempt

Wellsville, NY – In a recent enforcement action, the Wellsville Police Department has reported the arrest of Kristopher R. Jablonski, a 30-year-old resident of Wellsville, on charges of second-degree Criminal Contempt, classified as a Class A Misdemeanor. The arrest is connected to an incident that occurred on North Brooklyn Avenue.

Following his arrest, Jablonski was processed and presented for arraignment before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. The court then set bail conditions, including the options of $1,000.00 cash bail, a $2,000.00 property bond, or a $10,000.00 partially secured bond, leading to Jablonski’s commitment to the Allegany County Jail.

Jablonski is scheduled to reappear in Wellsville Village Court on March 5 at 4:30 PM to face the charges.
