9-Year-Old Boy Urgently Missing In Baltimore

BALTIMORE, MD – The Baltimore Police Department is issuing an urgent appeal to the public for assistance in locating nine-year-old Cesar Fernando Decid-Lopez, who has been missing since yesterday.

Cesar was last seen in the 600 block of North Highland Avenue.

He is described as wearing a black and green shirt, white and black pants, and red and black shoes at the time of his disappearance.

The Baltimore Police Department urges anyone with information regarding Cesar Fernando Decid-Lopez’s current location or any potential sightings to act swiftly and dial 911 immediately.
